Greetings UpShot Photo Community:

Recently there have been incidents where some folks have not received an email with a download link, or when they invoke the download link, they do not get prompted with a download popup.

This is an intermittent issue and happens with certain browser/tool bar/other things combinations.

We would like to make you aware of several items to check for.

A) Not Receiving an email with a download link.

  • Please make sure the email from UpShot did not get rerouted to your junk-mail folder.
  • Please also make sure you are not blocking all emails from all sender not in your address book.  It would be advisable to add support@upshotphoto.com to your address book.
  • You can go to the http://www.upshotphoto.com website and enter a valid email address and request to download a Free Evaluation Copy.
  • In fact you can request a free evaluation copy any number of times.
  • After getting the UpShot installer and installing UpShot, then you can register it with your purchased key, if you have purchased a key before.

B) You click on the download link, and either nothing happens, or it complains that you do not have cookies enabled, or you are blocking popups

  • Please make sure you are not blocking popups.
  • Please make sure you have cookies enabled.
  • If issues persist, and you are using IE, then please copy the download URL (link) into a FireFox browser and vice versa.  Somethings the installed tool bars or certain selected options interfere with the download link.
  • Somethings you get a yellow (or other color) warning bar at the top of the browser, saying that the download attempt has been blocked.  Please simply right-click on that bar and ask to allow the download.

I can't get the trial version of UpShot downloaded due to cookies.

I turned EVERYTHING on and opened up PopUps and still it rejects my attempts.

I then installed Opera and turned on popups and STILL it rejects my attempts.

What the hell is going on with your download website????

p.s. I already purchased this product but installed a new harddrive and now can't get the download to work!@

Please fix your download website guys@!!!!

Sometimes if you request an additional download request, (which is free),
you can try that and see if link will work.

Another thing to try is to copy and paste the http URL into Firefox, instead
of Microsoft IE.

If all else fails, please try downloading from download.com at this link:
