Vista license problems

After having 3 reboots of my computer and having to re-add the license key and have it confirmed, I have been locked out with License Installation Reached .. Contact support.
How do I get around this ??, as its making a good program somewhat unfriendly and its a pain having to connect to the internet each time ..

Processing large files

The files produced by my FF camera are around 25-27mb, to use UpShot I have to reduce them to around 5-9mb.
Any chance of getting UpShot to handle larger files

All users, let me know if you have images that you have enhanced and or retouched using UpShot, that you would like to submit for marketing purposes on our web site or in our email promotions.

If you have images you improved using Upshot that you are really proud of, or images that where UpShot really impress you with it's fast fix feature, please let me know. If you can submit the original and the enhanced versions along with a couple of sentences describing the processing steps, I would love to see them. In addition if you are willing and able to give permission to use these images on our web site or email promotions please get in touch with me to discuss. I would like to replace the images on our site with more recent customer images, and testimonies.

How To Fast Fix Without Excess Sharpening?

First, UpShot is such a revolutionary product--nothing out there like it really--yet it seems to be in a vaporous vacuum of seeming inactivity and support. Guys, you've got an incredible product, revolutionary--with the Colour Science IE2 technology--that does better auto-correcting batch processing than Photoshop or Lightroom, in my opinion. Don't let this product die on the vine.

Now, to my immediate questions:

1. As a registered user, how do I download the latest version?
2. Status on Vista-compatible build?
3. Will we ever see an upgrade--is this product being developed or is it just sitting there?
4. How do adjust UpShot to do all it's magic tone/color/hue corrections WITHOUT sharpening. The sharpening function introduces unacceptable artifacts that are horrifying to behold if you enlarge the image.

Anyway, hope there's life out there and earnest efforts to continue improving UpShot while you work to improve the Bellamax commercial products.

Downloading Upshot???

Anybody have any idea where to go to download upshot? I purchased a second license for my notebook, and didn't get an email. I sent a message to support, and they send me an activation code, but no download link. I sent a second message asking for a download link, and have not recieved a reply. You'd think they would value repeat business more than that!

I have did free trials on several programs and have not found one as simple and as easy to use as upshot it is the best, now i am gonna purchase it. I have my sister wedding coming up and i know i will need to touch up on some photos.

Print & Publish Problems

I've just installed UpShot and had success with uploading and editing my photos. However, when I click on Print & Publish I get an error that the upload process could not start, check my internet connection. I have DSL and am always connected to the internet. I've tried turning off my popup blocker but I get the same error. How do I get past this problem?
